UPDATE, READY FOR PLANNING: After a few emails back and forth between customer and our architect Peter Lohr, the house is taking shape. Great to see how the look evolves see how the windows changed from earlier version. and the internal ayout improved as well. Looks really good now, and it will be even better in reality…. Ollies vision of a dream-house with Peter Lohr as dream interpreter. This dream came through very quickly after a meeting in our office. A few emails back and forth between customer, myself and architect Peter Lohr, was all it took.

It does however help if the customer have such a strong vision for what he wants. In this case two standard Baltica 117 with straditional barged gables suited perfectly.

To avoid overheating of the house it is a good idea to have two solar tanks. A larger one, perhaps 800-3000 liter in the garage, and a small 200 liter in the utility room. Our research show that this type of arrangement, part seasonal store, gives extremely high solar fraction.
