UNIQUE ROOF-TRUSS GIVES MORE FLOOR AREA

New Passivehouse rooftruss in Scanhome houses gives super insulation AND more floor-area

New Passivehouse roof-truss in Scandinavian Homes houses gives space for super insulation and more floor-area at the same time.

The new roof-truss makes it possible to create more floor-area upstairs at minimal cost within the same foot-print. It is done by making the external walls higher (at minimal extra cost) and let the upstairs floor hang down between the walls to give better headroom for the converted attic.
