The best selling range of houses. They are fairly wide, and have therefore a small surface area. This makes them price-effective to produce and energy efficient to live in. Especially if the location of the site is such that a good solar-layout of the windows can be made. Windows on south, west and east side are net gainers of heat over the year. Our original showhouse in Galway was built in 1991 as a Nordica 83. The Nordica 94 (i.e. the Nordica 83 + 1.2m extension) is the most price effective size of the Nordica range - and also the most popular size of all houses. |
