All of our house models are also available in two-storey versions.
They are particularly interesting for town housing or areas where two-storey constructions are accepted by the planning departments. They can just as the single storey houses be built with timber or plaster exterior, traditional roof style or normal roofs with overhang. They can also be built easily as passive or even super passive buildings. Our special detailing around the connections of the walls ensure a very good performance. The first floor structure arrives as pre-fabricated floor cassettes to ensure a speedy erection. Our first two-storey house in England was finished in the end of May 2009 and is the first of its kind in the entire United Kingdom.
